They are totally adheres to the Socialism or some form of  Marxist-Leninist ideology.  4. The abrupt downfall of soviet and eastern europe communism has depleted and decreased the usefulness of this categorization.  5.  First World 1.States of the first world are both politically and economically modernized. 2. They are liberal democracies and have free market economy like America and Canada. Exceptions 1.
